Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Specializing in Cloud, Networking, Backup & Recovery, and Modern Workplace technologies, they are committed to empowering organizations with secure and resilient IT infrastructure. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to the Sales Operations function.
- Ensure the team has the skills, capacity, and tools needed to meet business goals.
- Manage HR tasks for the team, including performance reviews, onboarding, and training.
- Work with the sales team to understand and meet their needs.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service to support sales.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, presentations, and contracts for the Sales Team.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to gather information for sales materials.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales support, procurement, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of procurement practices, market trends, and supplier management.
- Track record of identifying and executing process improvements, ideally in sales support or procurement.
- Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address process inefficiencies with effective solutions.
- Proficiency with relevant software, such as CRM systems, HubSpot and procurement tools.
