As a Sales Operations Executive you’ll play an important role in the execution of our sales strategy and support on critical sales, marketing and operational activities.

Responsibilities:
As the High Growth Ventures Sales Operations Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with business development leads to support on day-to-day sales operational activities. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts to develop compelling client proposals and driving critical engagement and risk assessment processes.
- Support on driving lead generation activities through proactive target account research and outbound sales activities
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and support on monitoring and employing proper CRM processes with respect to pipeline and deals to ensure data integrity
- Support the development and continued optimization of sales and marketing related tools and collateral for the team
- Support on the execution of strategic marketing events and lead generation campaigns
- Support on design and implementation of sales policies and processes

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience should include:
- At least 1 year of sales, administrative or other relevant relationship or account management / BD experience
- Finance or accounting experience is highly advantageous
- Understanding of startup sector trends, issues, needs and recent developments is highly advantageous as well as a genuine passion to work with startups
- A self-starter with an ability to effectively work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized with a positive attitude and ability to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills to drive outcomes
- A proven ability to create compelling proposals and value propositions including proficiencies with the tools to develop proposals (e.g excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and use of data in the sales cycle
- Experience with LinkedIn account management beneficial
