The role:
We are seeking a Sales and Go-To-Market Operations Lead to join our fast-growing B2B Sales team at Leonardo. This pivotal role supports our sales organisation as we scale to target industries like marketing, advertising, gaming, and other creative sectors. The ideal candidate has commercial experience in sales or revenue operations, a strong familiarity with HubSpot CRM, and a track record in building and supporting robust sales processes to drive efficiency and growth. Also, as a critical contributor to our go-to-market strategy, you’ll work closely with sales leadership to design, implement, and refine processes that enhance sales performance, forecast accuracy, and data integrity. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining strategic vision with operational expertise to empower our sales team and drive revenue growth.
What you'll do:
Sales Operations:
- Develop, implement, and optimise scalable sales processes that align with company goals and drive efficiency in the sales cycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with broader revenue and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee the CRM to ensure data accuracy and integrity to support forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
- Support sales forecasting efforts to provide reliable revenue projections.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports, providing insights to drive sales strategy.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify and implement sales campaigns, processes, resources and tools.
- Regularly review and refine sales processes and workflows to ensure they are efficient, effective, and adaptable to the fast-paced nature of the business.
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency in deal management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Go to Market:
- Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive insights to inform targeting strategies and support tailored go-to-market plans for different segments.
- Design and refine go-to-market playbooks, outlining effective sales tactics, messaging, and customer engagement strategies that align with company objectives.
- Work with the sales team to monitor pipeline stages, identify conversion rate opportunities, and implement processes to reduce deal friction and improve win rates.
Skills we like:
- Direct experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market roles within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, such as software, cloud, or SaaS market.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, with experience managing CRM processes and data integrity.
- Proven experience with forecasting, sales process design, and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Skilled in designing and refining processes to support expansion efforts in new markets or customer segments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Ability to analyse market trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape to inform go-to-market strategies and guide decision-making.

Round 1 - Meet Your Recruiter:
- Our Talent team will reach out and arrange a 30-minute video call where you'll cover your experience, skills, and career motivations. You'll also get essential context about the role, the team, and how you can contribute towards our goals.
Round 2 - Craft Interview:
- You'll meet some team members to discuss the technical task in more depth, work through some technical questions related to your expertise and cover past projects, experience and career aspirations.
Round 3 - Technical Task:
- If you're applying for a technical role, you may be given a short take-home task to assess your skills and approach to problem-solving. This could be a real-life business scenario to unpack, a presentation, a test or a collaboration exercise. (Please note, depending on the role, the order of rounds 2 & 3 are interchangeable)
Round 4 - Values interview:
- You'll be able to meet with the Department Head for a short, informal conversation to understand your potential impact, the growth area we can support, and how aligned you are with our values and culture.
