- rcall:Act as the primary point of contact for the range of strategic and operational questions for our Go To Market (GTM) leadership glo
- bally.Develop performance tracking frameworks and insights to report to C-suite & GTM leade
- rship.Define and own incentive framework, target attainment and capacity planning m
- odels.Perform change management to drive adoption of new processes, analytics, methodologies within the GTM leadership & across the GTM organization, collaborating with the Enablement fun
- ction.Design, launch and lead global transformation programs to deliver improvements to our GTM operating model, notably via implementing standard SaaS processes (e.g. Sales-Success handover, renewal & risk pr
- ocess)Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Systems and Product team to optimize our use of Sales & Success tools (e.g. Salesforce, Chilipiper, Tot

What you'll
- bring:You have a proven experience with a proven track record in revenue or business operations in a tech or SaaS environment. Direct experience in Sales or Success Operations and a background in strategy consulting or in investment banking a stron
