Position Overview:
The Archive360 Deal Desk provides a process driven cross-functional discipline within the company that focuses on optimizing, managing, and approving complex deals or sales transactions. It acts as a centralized resource for sales teams, helping ensure that deals are structured, priced, and approved in alignment with company policies and objectives. A well-functioning Deal Desk ultimately enables us to close more deals faster, with better margins, and reduced risk.

What You Will Do:
Deal Structuring and Pricing Support-
Assists sales teams in structuring deals that align with the A360’s pricing strategy, discounting guidelines, and profitability targets.

Offers expertise in custom pricing, discounting strategies, bundling products or services, and tailoring solutions to fit client needs.
Contract Review and Compliance-
Ensures that deal terms comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.

Works with legal teams to review contracts for risks, ensuring they meet company standards before submission.
Approval of Workflow Management-
Manages the deal approval process, coordinating between various departments (Sales, Services, Finance, and Legal) to streamline deal approvals.

Facilitates fast decision-making by ensuring all necessary stakeholders provide input on high-value or complex deals.
Profitability and Margin Analysis-
Analyzes the financial impact of each deal, ensuring that it meets or exceeds profitability thresholds.

Provides recommendations for optimizing margins and ensuring the deal aligns with business objectives.
Deal Forecasting and Reporting in conjunction with Sales Management-
Ensures improved tracking of deal progress and provides insights to sales leadership about the likelihood of closing specific deals.

Provides reporting on deal sizes, approval times, profitability, and discount trends, helping leadership make informed decisions.
Risk Mitigation-
Identifies potential risks in deal structures, including credit risks, delivery risks, and contract risks.

Works with relevant departments to mitigate risks and ensure the deal is both legally and financially sound.
Sales Enablement and Training-
Provides training to sales teams on deal strategies, pricing models, and the approval process.

Shares best practices for structuring deals and navigating the internal approval process to reduce bottlenecks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration-
Acts as a liaison between Sales, Services, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure that deals are handled smoothly and in accordance with company policies.

Coordinates communication and ensures alignment among various teams involved in closing a deal.
Negotiation Support-
Assists in negotiations with clients, helping sales teams craft win-win agreements that benefit both the company and the customer.

Provides insights into negotiation tactics, alternative deal structures, or concessions that may be acceptable.
Deal Optimization-
Continuously reviews past deals to find areas of improvement in deal structure, pricing strategies, and approval times.

Recommends process improvements or tools to make deal execution more efficient.
What You'll Bring to The Table:-
Ability to work with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams to streamline deal approvals.

Ability to assess risks, optimize deal structures, and propose solutions.

Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Proven experience in managing sales processes, pricing strategies, and complex deal structures.
