The Contract Coordinator is a part of the Deal Desk team and partners closely with new and existing sales teams by driving effectiveness, efficiency, and enablement by assisting on revenue generating activities, supporting activities that drive Client Success, and enabling the GTM team on new processes and procedures.
We are looking for a bilingual candidate with both German and English language skills to offer regional representation for the global team, and support the critical MEE region as part of our continued growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the GTM team across both New and Existing business to coordinate the creation, management, and auditing of contracts and Salesforce contract objects
- Create product and service orders, contract addendums, and renewals, communicating with the cross functional teams as needed
- Optimize Deal Desk case queue across Sharepoint and Workstreams to ensure proper documentation and workflow accuracy
- Execute Close/Won process in Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely order-to-cash process
- Route customer asks to appropriate teams to address client inquiries and requirements effectively
- Strategise with the existing business teams to discuss client usage, options, issues, renewals, and upsells
- Execute internal projects as necessary to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team
- Work closely with cross-departmental teams to provide updates and process training to the GTM sales teams
- Review over/under utilisation reports for up-sale opportunities (over utilisation) and clients that require immediate follow-up (under utilisation)
YOUR PROFILE
- 2-3 years of either operations, deal desk, sales, co-ordination, analyst, order management and/or project management experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Access, & PowerPoint - bonus points for familiarity with Salesforce
- Exceptional organisational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written, with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously
- Native (or strong fluency) in German AND English - both written and spoken
