Revenue Operations Specialist
Omnicell is seeking to hire a process-oriented, Revenue Operations Specialist who is driven to get tasks completed accurately, effectively, and timely. You will be part of a passionate team that enjoys solutioning the various challenges from OTC (Order to Cash). You will be a part of an on-going effort toward continuous process improvement, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Review sales order for completeness, accuracy, and correct bill of materials, making adjustments as required in SAP
- Release invoices daily and review – contractual terms and conditions, billing period, customer information, special billing requirement – prior to mailing or emailing to the customers
- Execute and distribute reports required for billing, backlog, and monthly close
- Review open Sales RMAS and work cross-functionally to facilitate returns\credits due to the customer
- Review Billing Due List and work cross-functionally to facilitate delivery dates as forecasted
- Triage incoming requests, respond to or assign requests to the team members
- Ad hoc projects, including documentation and user acceptance testing of system and process enhancements
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel required, working knowledge of MS Access a plus
- Proficiency in 10-Key and typing
- Excellent internal and external customer support skills for communicating directly with customers or cross-functionally with other departments.
- Must enjoy problem-solving, detail-oriented work that requires managing time and priorities.
- System savvy, SAP-experience a plus preferably in SD Module.
- Team player with excellent attention to detail and accustomed to deadlines.
- Schedule flexibility as needed to supported business demands
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience work experience or internship performing key functions in the quote to cash process such as booking, billing, accounts receivable, and order management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or (in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree) a High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of work experience within a publicly traded company within finance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree will be in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Business
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in the software or manufacturing industry
