Responsibilities:
Client operations management:
- Order management: input, track and follow up on orders in the system
- Manage inventory, open orders and ATS (make sure ATS is up to date)
- Track and update regularly the status of PO’s, shipments
- Assist President of the division with daily tasks
- Drop ship sales management
- Maintain samples and prepare the showroom for buyer appointments
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, operations
Client sales support services
- Manage orders with regards to delivery issues, extensions, and overages/shortages
- Run/Analyze selling reports
- Manage sample logs and customer sample requests
- Product information (copy and imagery)
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales operations or sales assistant experience
- BFA or BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly using apparel terminology
- Basic understanding of wholesale apparel operations and sales process
- Strong organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
- Flexible and able to accept and embrace changing priorities with a positive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player with ability to be productive independently and on a team setting
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of production PLM systems (Blue Cherry)
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
