LHH is working with a Florida manufacturing company to hire a Director of Sales Operations who will lead the day-to-day operations of sales teams and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase profitability.
- Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Forecast sales performance and adjust plans to meet evolving market demands.
- Manage the annual sales budget, including expense control and forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and growth.
- Establish, manage, and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and reporting systems.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and production teams to meet client needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to monitor individual and team performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership
- Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 40%-80% Travel
Salary Range: $120,000-$130,0000 annually plus bonus
