Databricks is looking for a motivated Strategy and Execution Manager to join our Deal Desk Transformation team that helps define Quote-to-Order (QtO) strategy and drive scalability. You will collaborate with the Deal Desk functions, senior leaders, and stakeholders across lines of business to execute process and system enhancement projects. Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring the smooth implementation of process/system changes are key aspects of this role. You will be accountable for end-to-end transformation project lifecycle support, from strategic QtO process design to requirements gathering through to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to post-release enablement and support. Your ability to manage resistance to change, lead cross-functional conversations, and influence stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at problem-solving, project management, and driving results. You are passionate about helping us build a Deal Desk function with industry-leading business agility, process scalability, and automation in an environment of rapid growth.
