YOUR IMPACT
A Lead Corporate Revenue Operations Analyst role at OpenText is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to drive growth and performance. As a key contributor, you'll play a pivotal role in providing valuable insights and reporting that shape OpenText's bookings and revenue across all business units. Your analysis and collaboration with senior leaders will ensure that revenue goals are well-defined, measured, and achieved, fostering a culture of growth and metrics.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Lead operational analysis and consolidate bookings and revenue reporting across the company, supporting the VP of Corporate Revenue Operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing, to enhance performance management.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance management and growth.
Generate and analyze program reports, providing deep insights into data gathered for strategic decision-making.
Prepare executive reports and presentations, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
Utilize advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manipulate and present information.
Adapt quickly to diverse environments across multiple business units, fostering collaboration and alignment.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
6-8 years of experience in a Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support, or Finance support/analyst role within a fast-paced tech environment.
Background in economics, business, or finance is ideal, with experience in performance management or management consulting being an asset.
Proven track record in complex program management, with expertise in sales operations, finance, or marketing operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel (expert level), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required.
Strong analytical skills, with experience handling large datasets.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com, SAP, Power BI, and AO is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or accounting, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to solve problems, influence results, and manage multiple priorities.
