The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in aligning cross-functional teams and optimizing processes to improve visibility across lead generation, pipeline creation, operational strategy, and overall revenue performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure strategic and operational alignment across Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Finance (lead-to-revenue) for consistent communication, process execution, and pipeline management.
- Systems and Processes Management: Work closely with internal teams and go-to-market (GTM) partners to implement and manage new sales/marketing systems, processes, and strategies.
- CRM Admin: Provide Front Line Support for our Microsoft Dynamics environment for team members. Work with external vendors for project support as needed.
- Sales Strategy Partnership: Act as a thought partner to Sales leadership, focusing on analytics and process infrastructure to support scalable growth.
- KPIs and Metrics Development: Establish and monitor organizational KPIs and marketing/sales funnel metrics to set measurable goals while managing cross-functional reporting and analytics.
- Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Lead planning processes, and own reports and dashboards for sales/GTM revenue forecasting.
- Data Integrity Management: Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and enrichment across lead scoring, pipeline opportunities, and related processes.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct analysis on high-priority issues to identify challenges and opportunities for achieving growth objectives.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain key documentation for sales processes, contract management policies, and operational standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 5+ years of prior experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to coordinate and lead initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing sales/marketing systems and processes.
- Understanding of sales stages, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Ability to foster a performance and metrics-driven organizational culture.
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and MS Office 365.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly for translating data and analyses into actionable insights for broader audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
- B.S. or B.A. degree (preferred).
- Microsoft CRM certification (preferred)
- Experience with software implementations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The potential annualized pay range for this position is $77,000 - $93,000. We make compensation offers within the range based on a range of individual factors, including but not limited to location, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs, and applicable employment laws. These factors may also be taken into consideration to offer above or below the pay range.
