The Revenue Operations Department:
The Revenue Operations department plays a critical role in driving growth by aligning sales and marketing efforts to optimize the customer journey and enhance overall revenue performance. Our team is dedicated to implementing initiatives that streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and foster collaboration between departments. We focus on leveraging analytics and technology to enhance sales efficiency, refine sales and marketing strategies, and support lead generation.
The Career Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making through reporting and analysis, enhancing sales and marketing performance, and supporting strategic growth.

Areas of Accountability:
The Revenue Operations Senior Analyst responsibilities include the following:
- Generate/monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and reports
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across sales and marketing strategies for each of our markets
- Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline analysis and other ad-hoc reporting/analysis
- Provide data-driven insights for sales compensation, territory management, and quota setting
- Continuously identify areas to standardize/optimize sales processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GTM plans with product development, sales, and marketing strategies and with overall business objectives
- Monitor sales efforts in relation to the GTM strategies and provide actionable insights and recommended improvements
- Provide insights and data to help sales teams understand customer needs and tailor their approach to effectively sell the product
- Design and deliver training programs that improve sales competencies, product knowledge, and engagement strategies
- Develop and manage sales enablement content, including playbooks, presentations, and resources that support sales efforts and foster alignment with marketing strategies
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support better and faster decision making for sales and marketing leadership
Competencies for Success:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role, preferably within entrepreneurial SaaS settings
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot objects and fields/properties
- Excellent data analysis capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and/or SQL
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement changes effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive under pressure and in fluid environments
