The Revenue Operations Department:
The Revenue Operations department plays a critical role in driving growth by aligning sales and marketing efforts to optimize the customer journey and enhance overall revenue performance. Our team is dedicated to implementing initiatives that streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and foster collaboration between departments. We focus on leveraging analytics and technology to enhance sales efficiency, refine sales and marketing strategies, and support lead generation.
The Career Opportunity:
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of the marketing and sales tech stack ensuring seamless execution and improved efficiency across both departments.

Areas of Accountability:
- Maintains and supports the tech stack (Marketing, CRM, Commissions, Telephony, etc
- Create/implement data entry best practices to ensure data hygiene and resolve discrepancies
- Regularly audit sales and marketing data for completeness and accuracy
- Manage the onboarding/offboarding processes for sales employees
- Provide technical support and training for the sales team on sales-related tool
- Customize CRM workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet the needs of the sales and marketing organization
- Collaborate with sales leadership and IT to enhance CRM capabilities and integrate new tools as needed
- Design, implement, and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve sales productivity and efficiency
- Ensure sales team adherence to established processes and identify areas for improvement
- Standardize sales methodologies and reporting structures across the organization
- Implement and manage sales compensation and incentive plans
Competencies for Success:
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role, preferably within entrepreneurial SaaS settings
- Expertise in Salesforce, including customization, reporting, and process automation
- Experience with HubSpot administration and management; familiarity with migrations and Salesforce integration is a plus
- Proficient in managing various sales tools, such as commissions, gift cards, and telephony platforms (e.g., SPIFF, Sales Cookies, Outreach, Aircall, RingCentral, Postal, Tango, etc.)
- Strong data analysis capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power Query and/or SQL
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement changes effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive under pressure and in fluid environments
