- 2+ years proven success in SaaS/B2B industry, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales or CS Operations
- Highly organized, customer-focused, out of the box thinking, strong attention to details and ability to multi-task
- Interpersonal skills - Excellent communicator and problem-solver
- Prior experience working with multi-national teams
- Salesforce experience - a must
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
- General high-tech/Start-up/Software experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or accounting
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who thrive on driving best practices. It's the perfect role for those with B2B deal desk or sales operations experience, looking for the opportunity to develop their skills in a SaaS based product, within a global team. Stakeholder management, prioritising and great interpersonal skills are essential to fulfil this role best.
What will you do?
- Support the Sales and Customer Success team in processing quotes, getting discount approval, ensuring compliance with published policies and accelerate deal efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy of closed deals.
- Maintain and enforce agreed-upon approval processes and SLAs.
- Drive system requirements to implement the Order to Cash process and improvements of deal desk policies and procedures.
- Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for contracts policy and the deal approval process
- Partner cross functionally across various stakeholder groups including legal, sales, revenue, and finance
Base salaries for this role range from $102,000 - $125,000 per year.
