I’m currently partnered with a Series A startup who are transforming the Construction Tech space. Their software reduces time to permit, supporting end-to-end permit research. Having had a great first half of the year, they’re now expanding their NYC team.
Role Overview
-RevOps focused role, responsible for designing and implementing backend tools, allowing us to scale aggressively over the next 12 months.
-Post-migration Salesforce <> Hubspot, you'll help build out the structure and support systems for the team.
-Key figure to build out operations for the business, allowing us to operate and scale.
Highlights:
• Opportunity to come in as a founding member on the team where rep productivity is consistently strong across the board.
• Entirely inbound currently - they are getting so many inbound leads they need to expand their existing sales team and hire structured sellers to capitalize on customer demand.
• Plans to go from 5m ARR -> 60m ARR in the next three years.
• Series A, backed by 2 industry heavyweights in the VC world
• Hybrid working model out of NYC.
• Series A equity.
✋ Who you are?
As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our revenue-generating processes. Your goal is to reduce friction in the sales process and enhance productivity. You will help the sales teams establish and sustain growth by identifying bottlenecks through data-driven insights. Your efforts will directly impact the company's revenue growth and market expansion.
We’re looking for someone who can be both strategic and tactical. As a fast-growing, early-stage startup, you’ll be challenged to flip between both modes each day. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the day-to-day building of a maturing revenue operations function and who is excited to flex up into strategic conversations.
