*Responsibilities:*
- Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the call center.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop strategies to improve sales metrics and drive growth for the organization.
- Streamline workflows and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for better efficiency.
- Participate actively in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
*Qualifications:*
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing or Management.
