Job Description:
You will play a critical role in shaping strategy for Pickyourtrail. You will work closely with the business teams to regularly publish metrics, identify patterns and suggest strategies that drive growth and ensure that the highest standards of customer experience are maintained.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and monitor competitor activities
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses in the current model
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales strategy. Conducting daily, weekly and monthly reviews of these metrics.
- Collaborating with supply and marketing teams to identify target markets and track promotional campaigns.
- Leading cross-functional projects with Customer Experience, Finance and Product teams to drive improvements in the sales process, increasing conversion and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales Ops experience (1-2 years)
- Travel industry experience is good to have, but not required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Experience with Power BI is good to have.
