Key Responsibilities
General Support
- Check resort availability via WhatsApp and manage offline quotes and booking processes.
- Handle emails for curators and post-booking clarifications.
- Provide 7-day rotational support (10 AM - 10 PM).
Curator Onboarding & Training
- Train curators on platforms, destinations, and processes.
- Manage IDs, lead allocation, and assessments.
Sales Assistance
- Recommend destinations, resorts, and hotels.
- Handle walk-ins and minimize sales losses.
Customer & Post-Booking Support
- Resolve on-trip queries, booking amendments, and cancellations.
- Address voucher visibility, flight issues, and callback requests.
Tech & Finance Coordination
- Assist with payment links, loan applications, and financial clarity.
- Resolve tech issues like itinerary errors and PDF downloads.
Supply Collaboration
- Negotiate cost exceptions, rate matches, and offline costings.
- Conduct strategy training and address supply-related losses.
