About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role involves creating and amending Quotes, Orders, and Invoices within Salesforce Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a background in RevOps or Finance, with experience in Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Revenue Cloud being a significant asset.
Responsibilities:
- Create, amend, and manage Quotes, Orders, and Invoices in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Maintain and update Salesforce Revenue Cloud records as required.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues within the revenue operations process.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Revenue Operations or Finance roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Revenue Cloud is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
