What You’ll Do
- You will get to work alongside our Head of Ops & CEO every day to make sure our company is running smoothly.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to help support the daily operations of the Sales team.
- Analyze and advise on improvements in the pre-sales process, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity.
- Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting in Salesloft & HubSpot.
- Perform ad hoc analysis driving actionable insights on sales initiatives.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other key teams across the company.
- Your main job is to ensure that Rilla wins.
What You’ll Need
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, B2B SaaS, Fintech, or banking sales operations.
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into clear requirements for reports and analyses.
- Working knowledge of key B2B SaaS Tech Stack (Hubspot, Salesloft, Calendly, Chilipipier, Planhat, or other Customer Success Platforms)
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly.
- Ability to appropriately determine what tools/solutions are most appropriate for analyses and the best visualizations for reporting.
- Ability to get stuff done fast.
- Scrappiness when scoping, sizing, and fulfilling large and small requests, balancing efficiency and quality.
