This role has the flexibility to be fully remote in the USA.
Reporting to the VP of Revenue, as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you will leverage your sales operations expertise and work closely with the sales leadership to develop and implement strategies that would help Pantone reach its strategic business objectives. You will be a hands-on and involved leader, exhibiting a high level of leadership in communication, emotional intelligence, and a strong business-driving, yet servant-leader mindset, with extensive sales operations expertise as you manage a team and influence other cross-functional leaders and team members.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
You will play a pivotal role in leading Pantone’s customer service and order processing team (5 people,1 direct report) creating process optimization across the sales org, implementing best in class reporting for enterprise sales, and leveraging Veralto Enterprise Systems to enable scale.
Within Your Role You Will:

Lead Pantone’s customer service and order processing team. This includes optimization of team responsibilities, implementation of best in class ticketing systems, effectively managing internal communications via systems and tools, implementation of educational materials for level 1 customer service inquiries on products and services, efficient order processing, backlog resolution, and invoicing.

Drive continuous improvement across CRM systems including the implementation and migration of the Pantone teams to HubSpot (with support from the product team). Processes include lead to order management, project approval workflows, credit approval workflows, order to cash workflows, and any other process improvement workflows across teams at Pantone that can be optimized using HubSpot. Additionally, this role will be responsible for implementation and sustainment of standard work across each sales function.

Partner with sales leaders to provide reporting around pipeline activity, inbound/outbound sales activity, door crossings, conversion rates, and product sales. This person will create dashboards for easy daily management for both sales team members and executive leaders.

Drive continuous improvements in key commercial processes such as Funnel Management, Lead Management/Qualification, and Growth Rooms to achieve KPIs by leveraging Veralto Enterprise System (VES) Fundamentals and Commercial Growth tools. Champion VES tools, drive VES maturity and coach teams in key improvement areas.
The essential requirements of the job include:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $155,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
