The company is looking for a transformational Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead sales, marketing, and the growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO and Founder, this role will involve collaboratively scaling this award-winning home services, luxury landscaping, and design company.
About the Role: CRO
- Sales & Marketing Leadership: Develop a sophisticated, data-driven marketing engine to generate inbound leads and implement impactful go-to-market strategies.
- Market Expansion: Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities with relentless focus on growth and industry dominance.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize marketing, sales, lead generation, and data analytics to enhance overall operational performance.
- Sales Team Leadership: Drive a high-performance sales culture with accountability, ambitious targets, and a client-first approach.
- Client Experience Management: Deliver an exceptional, seamless client journey from first contact to project completion, building lasting client relationships.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics and market research to adapt and innovate in real time.
- Team Leadership: Lead the entire sales and marketing teams to achieve aggressive revenue goals through strong cross-functional teamwork.
About you:
- Must have grown and scaled revenue to a minimum of $50M.
- Ideally, have experience in luxury home services, landscaping, and/or construction.
- Must have P&L experience.
- Proven digital marketing expertise, with a focus on demand generation.
- Proven sales leadership experience.
- Strong communication and influence skills.
- Track record of scaling revenue and building high-performance sales teams.
- Expertise in inbound, referral-driven sales models and KPI management.
- Willingness to lead a flexible work model with peak season demands.
