Revenue Operations Marketing Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in aligning marketing and sales efforts, optimizing operations, and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities
As a key partner to our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, you will:
- Elevate Marketing Operations: Manage Marketo and other marketing platforms to ensure seamless campaign execution, lead management, and Salesforce integrations.
- Enhance Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align operations with revenue goals and refine lead-to-revenue processes.
- Drive Pipeline Success: Develop reports and analytics to measure marketing’s impact on the sales pipeline and revenue growth.
- Optimize the Lead Lifecycle: Design lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing programs that deliver high-quality leads to sales.
- Deliver Insights: Create dashboards and performance reports to track and communicate the ROI of marketing activities.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure compliance with GDPR and other privacy standards, and uphold database accuracy across CRM systems.
- Empower the Team: Provide training on Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools to enable GTM teams to thrive.
- Innovate Continuously: Assess and improve the marketing tech stack to support scalability and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2-3 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related field; Marketo expertise (certification preferred) is a must.
- Tech Savvy: Understanding (or willingness to learn) in marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot), CRMs (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Analytical Thinker: Skilled in interpreting data and driving insights that fuel revenue growth.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for tackling operational challenges. You’re not scared of failing and trying again!
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional focus on accuracy and efficiency in data and process management.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and global marketing operations is a plus.
