REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Degree educated and/or relevant work experience
Intermediate skill level with using microsoft excel/google sheets
Detail oriented with strong follow up skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
2+ years experience of using salesforce CRM, CPQ, and working in a sales environment.
Hard working and self-motivated
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders Sales/Legal/Finance/Customer Success
Help with Routing NDA's, and contracts for signatures after reviewing/quality control
Use Docusign for internal routing, and familiar with application to assist reps when required for external routing
use naming conventions to name opportunities and order forms and other Xactly contracts and save out to box
Flexibility to work long hours when their are large volumes of orders especially at month end or quarter end
ability to navigate/partner with other departments at xactly - sales, customer success, legal, and finance
Help with complex quote builds in CPQ and Salesforce in order to assist with quoting and workflow
Assist with data integrity in salesforce and day to day administrative inquiries from our sales organization.
Assist with documentation through confluence
Ability to become familiar with the bookings process on different deal types and scenarios to assist with the close process
Test fixes in sandbox environment related to salesforce fixes or enhancements related to quote to cash
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
Participate in internal training on products and processes and begin ramp on orders/quoting
Closing of simple orders with no bookings (renewals with no bookings attached)
Consistently process and NDA's for signatures and filing (end to end).
Assist in processing (internal signatures, filing, and naming) large numbers of orders simultaneously and interacting with Xactly teams across various locations.
Become familiar with how to do basic quoting, and close an order with the proper bookings amounts
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:
Become familiar with how to do intermediate quoting, and close basic to intermediate orders with the proper bookings amounts
Become efficient in processing (internal signatures, filing, and naming) large numbers of orders simultaneously and interacting with Xactly teams across various locations.
Provide input for overall process improvements.
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
Mentor new hires and teach best practices to lead the team towards future success.
Deepen knowledge of quoting and more advanced deals, and closing on more complicated deals
Provide input for overall order process improvements.
