Role Summary
The Director of Sales Operations (DSO) plays a key role in optimizing the efficiency of the sales team. This leadership position involves overseeing critical functions such as forecasting, reporting, quota management, sales process optimization, and training. The DSO collaborates with stakeholders across departments to align the sales organization with business goals, driving consistent results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategy development.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all sales planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader
