Our software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. What we expect from you
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing Upfluence’s operational efficiency by managing processes, optimizing workflows, and scaling marketing operations. We’re looking for a skilled professional with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and boost productivity through continuous improvement. If you’re passionate about automation, data-driven decision-making, and maximizing impact through collaboration, we’d love to have you on our team!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Salesforce Management & Administration: Oversee company Salesforce operations, including APEX coding and API connections, to optimize and maintain system functionality
- Workflow Optimization & Automation: Develop and automate workflows, to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts, ensuring seamless operations and funneling of prospects and clients
- Strategic Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and refine processes to improve productivity, align with business goals, and support revenue growth
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Use data to uncover trends, refine processes, and inform strategic decisions, ensuring operations align with broader company goals
- Tech Stack Management: Manage the marketing tech stack, ensuring the effective integration and utilization of tools like Salesforce, MixPanel, Chargebee, Looker Studio, Cargo, AWS, and more
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and maximize operational impact
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality execution
This job is for you if:
- You have a background in engineering or development with a focus on process optimization, and experience in marketing operations a plus
- You possess strong expertise in Salesforce, with knowledge of APEX coding, API integrations, and CRM system management
- You are adept in working with a range of tools, including Salesforce, MixPanel, Looker Studio, Cargo, and AWS
- You have a strategic mindset and can identify opportunities to align company initiatives with business objectives
- You’re organized, with strong project management skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities
- You’re an effective communicator, capable of working cross-functionally and facilitating alignment across teams
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt easily to change
- You are fluent in English, as our primary operations are in the US
