As we continue our rapid growth trajectory, we are seeking a versatile and proactive Revenue Operations Analyst to join our tight-knit team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic company shaping the future of cybersecurity in the MSP industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Stack Optimization:
Manage and optimize our tech stack, including Salesforce CRM, Pendo, Pandadoc, Maxio, Calendly, and Gong.
Ensure seamless integration and functionality of all modules to support sales and marketing operations efficiently.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to meet budgetary and campaign objectives.
Utilize data from our tech stack to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
Process Enhancement:
Identify opportunities for scalability and efficiency improvements in sales and marketing processes.
Implement best practices and automation to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
Strategic Contributions:
Contribute to strategic initiatives, including geographical expansion into EMEA and ANZ regions.
Provide operational insights and support for Series B fundraising activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and proficiency in other modules within our tech stack are preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and process optimization.
Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
