Role Overview:

The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the group’s daily operations, optimizing business processes and ensuring sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep industry expertise and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the company’s operations, including supply chain, logistics, sales, and customer service.
Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Lead and mentor department heads to achieve business objectives.
Ensure seamless coordination between sales, procurement and logistics teams.
Optimize inventory management and supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, dealers and stakeholders.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding market reach.
Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance business processes and reporting.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
Monitor business performance and present regular reports to the board.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 15-30 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in the building materials industry.
Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale operations and driving business growth.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Exposure to supply chain management, logistics, and process optimization.
Proficiency in ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive business environment
Excellent man-management & inter-personal skills
