Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for Sales and Logistics Teams, handling customer orders, delivery schedules, setup, shipping discrepancies, and inquiries.
Coordinate with customers and EDI providers for new customer setup, order processing, and periodic transaction audits.
Manage customer account data within the ERP, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with Sales and Accounting to process sales orders, verify pricing and quantities, and ensure timely order entry.
Process adjustments, change orders, credit memos, and returns to maintain inventory and receivable accuracy.
Oversee product shipments by coordinating with 3PL and ensuring timely deliveries.
Audit freight costs and review rates to maintain cost efficiency.
Monitor customer backorders and collaborate with Sales VP for optimal inventory allocation.
Work with third-party logistics to ensure timely order processing.
Maintain customer web portals, updating models, SKUs, and inventory as needed.
Generate reports and queries in Xoro to support accounting and sales; assist with Xoro upgrades.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Core Competencies:

Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, couriers, and operational teams.
ERP knowledge (Xoro preferred) and experience with EDI providers (SPS Commerce preferred).
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
Detail-oriented with solid oral and written communication skills; able to interact effectively at all levels.
Proficient in Excel and Office Suite.
Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, departments, and vendors.
Experience communicating and managing relationships with ops counterparts at major Retailers such as Walmart, Target, BestBuy, Verizon, and others.
