Job Advert: Global Vice President of Sales Operations

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in Irvine, CA)

Role Overview: As the Global VP of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and execution. You will be responsible for leading a small, agile team while driving the implementation of critical processes and tools that enhance our sales effectiveness globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the rollout of a global CRM platform, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across all teams.
Establish and refine process flows that enhance lead generation and drive conversions to closed deals.
Develop and implement forecasting methodologies that improve accuracy and support strategic decision-making.
Create and launch sales enablement tools and training programs to empower field leaders and sales professionals.
Oversee a team of five direct reports, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Ideal Candidate:

Extensive global experience in sales operations, particularly with CRM platform implementation.
Proven track record of establishing processes that significantly increase sales activity and close rates.
Demonstrated ability to refine forecasting methodologies to improve sales accuracy.
Experience in creating and delivering effective sales enablement tools and training.
Comfortable working in a smaller team environment, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
