Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the US Sales Team, driving performance, new business development, and territory expansion.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
- Oversee CRM system rollout and optimization to enhance sales efficiency and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure alignment of commercial initiatives and brand strategy.

About You:
- 10+ years’ experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on sales operations and marketing strategy.
- Background in or exposure to the Medical Aesthetics industry is essential.
- Proven success in leading and scaling a US-based commercial team.
- Deep operational expertise, with a strong understanding of CRM systems, process improvement, and performance analytics.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—comfortable moving from boardroom to field.
