Derflan is seeking a Sales Operations Program Manager (Individual Contributor – Consulting Role) to join our consulting team at Derflan, supporting a key client in the tech industry. This is a full-time consulting role, where you will be instrumental in optimizing lead management operations, refining CRM processes, and enhancing sales workflows. This position requires a hands-on, execution-driven professional who thrives in a lean, dynamic environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get the work done. This is not a leadership or management role—it is an individual contributor position focused on execution.

Salary Range:

$140,000 - $180,000 annually (dependent on experience and client scope)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Revenue Optimization:

Act as the primary Derflan consultant, responsible for lead management operations, CRM governance, and sales process execution.
Work directly with the client’s teams to streamline lead flow processes, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
Execute hands-on sales operations tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and CRM updates.
Ensure a seamless connection between marketing and sales by optimizing lead-to-opportunity workflows.

CRM & Data-Driven Decision-Making:

Own and manage the client’s Salesforce lead structure, data hygiene, and automation processes.
Build reports and dashboards to track lead performance, pipeline velocity, and sales trends.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to deliver strategic insights and recommendations.

Strategic Process Design & Execution (IC Role – Hands-On Work Required):

Develop and execute scalable lead management processes, ensuring efficiency and data integrity.
Set up CRM workflows, data governance models, and reporting frameworks.
Implement best practices for sales forecasting, account planning, and pipeline optimization.
NOT a leadership or people-management role—this position requires someone who thrives in hands-on execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Consulting:

Work closely with the client’s revenue operations teams to align lead management and CRM operations with business goals.
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to improve sales funnel efficiency and lead conversion.
Support senior stakeholders without a managerial component—this role is all about execution and strategy.

Top Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:

Sales & Revenue Operations – 8-10+ years of experience optimizing sales processes, lead management, and CRM strategy.
Salesforce CRM Management – Hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, lead tracking, and automation.
Sales Analytics & Forecasting – Strong data analysis skills to track KPIs, optimize sales pipeline, and forecast revenue trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Technology environments.
Strong background in sales forecasting, GTM planning, and lead-to-revenue optimization.
Experience working in a consulting environment or supporting clients in an advisory capacity.
High attention to detail, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and strong execution mindset.
