1. Inventory Management:

Manage and oversee inventory of products and combo packages.
Ensure the store is well-maintained and updated at all times.

2. Coupon Management:

Manage and distribute complimentary and discount coupons.
Track the usage and effectiveness of coupons.

3. Ticket Management:

Handle tickets raised by sales consultants, addressing queries and action items.
Ensure timely resolution of issues to support sales activities.

4. Communication and Support:

Handle calls and provide support to sales agents, leaders, and managers.
Make regular announcements to the sales agents to keep them informed.

5. Sales Performance Tools:

Support and maintain sales performance tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
Track and analyze the usage of these tools by the sales team.
