What You Will Own

Lead And Develop Customer Service / Sales Operations Team
Coordinate With Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Marketing, Digital Ops, Ecommerce Management
Work towards Automations and the incorporation of Ai in our workflows.
Ensure Orders Are Being Correctly and Rapidly Processed
Coordinate With Finance On A/R
Coordinate With Digital Ops and Ecommerce To Continuously Improve Customer Service, Netsuite ERP, Warranty
Participate In S&OP Meetings And Execute As Planned
Participate In Leadership Training
Most Importantly - You Are A Skilled Process Writer And Will Religiously And Continuously Improve And Document The Processes
Troubleshoot / Problem Solve / Continuously Improve All Of The Above
