PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The
Sales Operations Analyst is a member of the Commercial Operations Team and is responsible for the delivery of accurate data for internal and external volume/revenue/margin reporting for all customers purchasing products sold through our Doors NA sales organizations. The Sales Analyst provides analytical leadership and support to the NA Doors Sales organization through gathering, analyzing, preparing, and effectively summarizing and communicating recommendations based on customer sales data across multiple customer and product lines, to support strategic customer decisions. The Sales Operations Analyst maintains direct contact with all sales teams and performance objectives are aligned with those sales teams to further the growth of the organization.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Operations Management:
- Responsible for handling and managing the workflow of our field sales processes, enabling sales operations to go smoothly and ensure the implementation of sales strategies to further the growth of the organization.
- Communicates all system enhancements to entirety of the field sales team
Data Analysis:
- Collaborates across functions and businesses to maximize business performance and develop capabilities with data for growth
- Elevates the analytical ceiling of the Field Sales Team to better understand their markets & help drive growth in their key markets by developing reporting capabilities
- Proactively partner with ASMs on their customer base to gather deeper customer insights through analyzing reporting to help solve problems and support growth ambitions.
- Creates sustainable reporting packages that can be consumed by the field sales audience that will assist in analyzing purchase history, business services used, product inquiries, complaints; all to help understand customer behavior bringing to light opportunities to help build future strategy
- Draws insights from internal and external reporting of our indirect & direct customers as it relates specifically to their purchase programs
- Develops & analyzes reporting requests from Area Sales Managers, National Account Business Managers, National/Regional/Team Sales Leaders, and Business Units
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Integration and Advancement:
Continue to develop the CRM into the “one source of truth”, leveraging all places where data is accessed today and compiling it into actionable, proactive packages – delivering quick wins to further drive adoption
- Manage and analyze the data that the Doors field sales team is collecting around our customers
- Generate reporting tools that will provide customer insight or operational changes that will add value to the customer relationship and the use of the CRM
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity & ensure accurate reporting
- Identify, recommend, and implement quality and efficient improvements to CRM processes
- Provide support for CRM projects; carrying out the optimization of CRM processes with functional stakeholders
Database Management:
- Manage NA Doors Sales Territories: Establish/update territories/regions, territory/customer assignments for current customers as well as both customer/business acquisitions.
- Manage NA Doors Data Tables: Establish/update Customer Group, Market Identification, Market View, and Product Hierarchy to insure accurate Sales Credit and Customer Reporting.
- Sales Security: Manage MDM/PowerBI Data Tables that establish Sales Security & drive organization of Product Segment, and Product Group tables.
- User Administration: Initiate/update user access, provide direct support on user-functionality issues, provide user training and materials.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office required, with high emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Sufficient proficiency with SAP and PowerBI, Business Information is required.
- Microsoft Dynamics proficiency required.
- Analytics experience with proven ability to draw insights from data
- Bachelor’s degree required
