Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead our growth strategy and lead the sales and client services teams. This leader will focus on forging new business partnerships and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Bangalore presence: Setup our Bangalore branch office and get some marquee brands as customers.
- Revenue Accountability: Bring in revenues from customers who’d GenY would like to work with and help us push the envelope in digital advertising & performance marketing.
- Growth Strategy: Chart out & execute a growth strategy which leads to the goal: 10x growth in 5 yrs. Implement robust sales processes, including pipeline management and account planning. Build close relationships with key customers. Expand sales channels and partner networks. Develop and monitor revenue forecasts in collaboration with finance.
- People development and management: Attract and onboard talent committed to our growth vision. Foster a motivating environment to retain top talent. Promote a culture of experimentation and learning.
- Governance: Establish metrics & governance to achieve growth for the company.

Qualifications
