Job Title: Deal Desk Analyst (Partner Programs)
Location: Remote (Supporting CST/PST) - Austin, Texas preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of deals desk operations with a focus on customer/client incentives for large-scale gold and platinum customers, including Global Investment Rebates, ensuring clear and consistent communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Revenue Accounting, and Legal to ensure accurate processing of incentives, adherence to company policies, and to drive effective communication of key information regarding Forecasting, Budget Utilization, and ROI.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all deal management aspects, ensuring clear communication around contract amendments, quote structuring, compliance validation, contract administration, payout calculation, deal administration, and conducting post-mortems.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to resolve discrepancies or non-compliant orders efficiently, with an emphasis on effectively communicating revenue incentives and aligning with customer requirements. Ensure the communication of contract administration, legal contracts, and deal administration details are clear and actionable.
- Review and validate quotes and agreements to ensure compliance with policies, ensuring that communication flows seamlessly from the strategic deal level up to C-suite and VP levels, while also managing the communication around payouts and incentives in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to resolve non-compliant orders, manage payouts and incentives, and optimize incentive structures, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and aligned to drive desired outcomes and maximize ROI.
Required qualifications and skills
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, deal management, and contract management/due diligence within the high-tech industry, with a specific focus on large-scale gold and platinum customers, including incentivization processes for advertising partners.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Business Productivity Apps, demonstrating expertise in navigating technology environments and effectively communicating client needs amidst high levels of ambiguity, particularly in the context of advertising partnerships.
- Independent worker with high emotional intelligence, capable of effectively managing multiple, competing priorities with strong communication and support from management.
- Strong client-facing experience and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and clear communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and timely adherence to deadlines, with the ability to communicate and manage expectations with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate different time zones and critical periods such as Month/Quarter/Year End close, ensuring that communication remains effective across all levels and teams.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to justify and communicate the accuracy of all booking documents, even under pressure in ambiguous environments.
- Forward-thinking, process-oriented mindset, naturally anticipating impacts and driving alignment across various workstreams while ensuring clear communication at every stage.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities while influencing stakeholders across functions and organizational levels to communicate effectively and deliver successful outcomes aligned with strategy.
Preferred qualifications and skills
- Experience with tech clients in Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Advertising.
- Technical background is a significant plus.

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field, with some flexibility on educational background.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
