The Role
As RevOps Coordinator, you will support the management and optimization of our revenue operations data. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of data across our systems, monitoring pipeline health, and contributing to key data projects. You will have the opportunity to solve problems and recommend best practices. Your work will ensure that the go-to-market teams will have the confidence in our reporting and the data driven strategies we are making. You can expect to:
- Maintain and enforce data integrity across Salesforce, Marketo, and other integrated systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and data hygiene.
- Track and report on the health of the sales pipeline, identifying inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support the deal desk by collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure deals meet company guidelines.
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, revenue trends, and marketing effectiveness.
- Assist in marketing operations, including campaign execution, lead management, and performance reporting, while ensuring alignment between marketing and sales data.
- Conduct database checks to ensure data cleanliness, facilitate pipeline clean-up, and manage the process of uploading new GTM data.
- Contribute to data governance strategy by identifying root causes of data quality issues and recommending long-term solutions.
- Regularly review and update documented policies and frameworks to reflect changes in workflows and processes.
