We are looking to hire a
Sales Operations manager to join our team! Reporting to the Global Sales Operations Director, you’ll support essential initiatives to drive the company’s growth and revenue objectives. Your role will involve training and supporting new opportunities and projects that enhance the effectiveness of the sales teams. This role requires cross-team collaboration and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement projects and day-to-day operations.

What you’ll do:
Sales Team Training and Support:
- Owning the end-to-end rollout of sales initiatives, including creating materials, training, and support.
- Monitor adoption, capture feedback and provide ongoing integration support.
- Data Analysis and surfacing key data insights via reports and dashboards.
Effective Project Management:
- Own the development/management of multiple detailed sales project plans using the appropriate tools that define the scope, deliverables, resourcing, and schedule that supports business goals in collaboration with business and technical teams and other key stakeholders.
- Support or own multiple start-to-end aspects of projects, e.g. Requirement Gatherings, Process Mapping, Documentation, Reporting and Dashboards

- Salesforce Experience: Previous experience is essential
