Role Overview:
As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the databases, processes, systems, and strategies that drive revenue growth and efficiency. You will work closely with sales, marketing, finance and customer success teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and results-driven professional with prior experience in B2B environments in India.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM and Tools Management:
- Manage and maintain CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, Zoho & Rocketlane) to ensure data integrity and usability. [Bonus points if you have experience with Pipedrive and Zoho Vs other CRM]
- Campaign management to ensure the database is engaged
- Provide training and support to team members to optimize tool utilization and usage.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into database and revenue performance across different business units
- Conduct deep dives into sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities in the B2B market
Revenue Process Optimization:
- Analyze and streamline revenue processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Implement and monitor key performance metrics across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Alignment Across Teams:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals, strategies, and metrics.
Forecasting and Planning:
- Assist in revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
- Monitor progress against targets and provide recommendations for course correction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a revenue operations or similar role in a B2B environment in India.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
