The Role
Responsible for defining and leading the sales efficiency indicators (KPIs) through appropriate analysis of commercial data and manage projects across functions to integrate -global and local- tools into Coloplast’s portfolio. This position will report to Commercial Excellence Manager and is based at Noida
Areas of accountability
Frequently follows, analyses, and effectively communicates commercial performance against a set target with a strong focus on accuracy
Identify business trends and draw insights that can be used to strengthen the strategy and processes
Assist Com-Ex manager in all critical business planning and reporting
Track and follow up regularly for call plan compliance using salesforce.com
Participates in key strategic projects to improve our commercial performance such as Pricing excellence, Business cases, tools and software
Coordinate with sales team for ad hoc market information (S&T, Competition, Territory sizing etc)
Collaborates with all other business stakeholders to analyze overall performance
Own and manage daily CRM (salesforce.com) related activities
Responsible to find opportunities to maximize business performance and efficiency
Education & Experience
5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst or Sales Analyst
Post Graduate degree
Experience working with analytical tools: MS Office Suite, Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
MBA (Sales & Marketing, Finance, Strategy) or MSc – Business Analytics
Work experience in Medical devices or Pharmaceutical industries
Required knowledge, skills & abilities
Experience working with CRM tools: Salesforce
Ability to analyze information and use logic to perform tasks efficiently, within deadlines
Possesses good project management skills and organizational skills
Ability to prepare, present and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and business audiences
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills along with excellent customer service skills
