POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for P&L and Development of the business in the USA General market on the East Coast.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Form a long-term strategy and business plan to grow his/her business (MBS) including innovation pipeline and SKU's sold.
- Manage the business P&L (growth and OP1) and close the gaps between plans and actuals (achieve all business KPI's)
- Manage external brokers and distributers and monitor all aspects of their activities in his business, manage the different channels of distribution in your Territory
- Manage customer's relationships in affective way & grow ACV as per KPI's.
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders out of his operation – marketing, finance, export, factories, SC, R&D etc.
- Be responsible for full alignment and compliance and communication of products in his P&L, according to both Nestle rules and the Geography rules
- Be part of the of Osem USA sales team, take part of all strategic decisions and implement the decisions in his/her geography.
- Secure appointments for upcoming category reviews
- Execute promotions to the stores/distributors
- Monitor all sales
- Managing distributor shows & working with the Sales & Marketing Team
- Weekly/bi-weekly/monthly meeting CDM/BDM
- Review inventory level – pre/post promotions
- Review short date products
- Open new accounts & business opportunities
- Programs for the launching of new products
Education & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales operations, If no degree then min 4-5 years' experience in a sales account management.
- Excellent excel skills is a must.
- Retail sales execution, account management and broker management.
The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000- $110,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
