We are currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/x) to forever leave their mark on SuitePad.
Your Playground
- You analyze and optimize the sales pipeline, implementing clear processes for tracking and reporting
- You develop and implement an account prioritization strategy based on potential and region
- You conduct win/loss analyses and derive insights and actions plans for sales and marketing
- You support training and enablement of the sales team and implement tracking systems for training progress
- You optimize the technology stack (HubSpot and Salesforce)
- You analyze churn rates and develop strategies to improve customer retention
- You support the planning and execution of expansion strategies, including market entries and channel sales model
Your Profile
- You have a strong academic foundation in business, economics, or a related field
- You bring 3+ years of experience in building SaaS go-to-market models
- You are comfortable with quantitative analysis and data interpretation and are proficient in Excel
- Ideally you are familiar with tools like SPSS, R, Tableau, or Power BI
- You thrive in an autonomous work environment, are a self-starter and exceptionally resilient
- Experience in startup environments is a plus
- You have an excellent command of both German and English (C1)
