About The Job
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall activities in sales including but not limited to planning sales, budgeting, managing, and building customer relationships. They will be responsible for communicating with various contacts, providing support to meet client requirements, and maintain good client-customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales activities such as planning and budgeting, managing, and building customer relationships.
- Provide bid phase shipping estimates and development of pricing & cost forecasts.
- Communicate with various contacts (vendors, partners, teams and more) in processing shipment setups.
- Coordinate and arrange all modes of import/export services for international goods.
- Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client's requirements
- Prepare/Present proposals and customer facing presentations
- Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, contracts, quotes, and other related data to sales and operation activity.
- Ability to plan and participate in researching and inspecting effective route surveys.
- Work with various State and County permitting agencies to successfully complete project deliveries.
- Provide on-site support on high-risk logistics projects and moves.
- Monitors and reports on progress, developing weekly reports for active sales projects being worked.
- Understand the logistic markets and the industries in which we do business.
- Manage and leverage experience to develop the ability to lead projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent industrial experience, involving international transport, freight forwarding and project logistics experience.
- Ability to quickly response, on-time customer management is highly important
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, global environment. Ability to Multi-task
- Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel (as needed); Flexible working and short notice travel ability
- Multilingual English / Korean
- MS Office required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
