As a Global Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and client success teams on their most impactful initiatives. Your responsibilities will span a variety of critical tasks, including establishing pricing frameworks, managing an RFP database, coordinating and responding to RFPs, delivering training to commercial teams, and creating compelling presentations.
You will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Global Markets (and later the Commercial Director) to align commercial processes with strategic objectives and establish a scalable sales structure. This role requires you to think strategically, innovate effectively, and become a thought leader within the commercial team, driving excellence in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Tasks
RFP Management
- Develop RFP project timelines and oversee the process from initiation to submission, ensuring timely, high-quality responses.
- Lead the drafting of RFP responses, ensuring readability, consistency, and an engaging tone.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, engineering, and member experience teams to include the latest product updates and features in responses.
- Maintain and regularly update the RFP library and response database.
Commercial Thought Leadership
- Serve as a trusted resource for sales and client success teams, addressing one-off queries from prospects and consultants.
- Create feedback loops to analyze trends and provide real-time insights into buyer behaviors and preferences, helping marketing and sales optimize strategies.
- Build deep knowledge of Progyny’s offerings, key differentiators, and the broader family-building industry.
Knowledge Management and Training
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to ensure teams stay informed about product updates.
- Deliver training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, enhancing alignment and expertise.
Sales Operations
- Ensure proper setup and functionality of sales tools and systems, while accurately tracking and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in business, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in sales operations, RFP management, or a similar B2B role. Diverse backgrounds and experiences are welcomed.
