Objectives
- Ensure the proper functioning of CRM tools, with a focus on Zoho Suite, to improve the daily tasks of the sales teams.
- Implement automated processes to enhance vendor onboarding and communication.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze sales and vendor performance.
- Provide daily support to the sales teams by quickly addressing CRM-related challenges.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for overall business improvements.
Responsibilities
1/ CRM Tool Management and Automation:
- Maintain and optimize CRM tools, especially Zoho Suite, to improve the efficiency of sales programs (onboarding, account management, seller services, etc.).
- Set up processes within CRM tools to streamline and automate various strategic commercial tasks, including vendor partnerships, ManoMano fulfillment, ManoMano expansion, and new seller services.
- Develop new automations and features as the CRM project manager to improve the seller onboarding process in Zoho CRM.
2/ Daily Support For Sales Teams
- Provide daily support to the sales teams by addressing CRM-related queries and challenges.
- Implement and maintain a communication process with vendors within the CRM system (Zoho Suite) and establish KPIs to measure the impact of communications.
3/ Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, data, technology, sales, logistics, and marketing teams, to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Participate in defining the development and improvement needs of tools and technological products in line with the sales teams' requirements and follow up with tech teams.
- Lead end-to-end projects that support sales operations and improve overall business performance.
Required Profile
- Degree at Bac +4/+5 level from a prestigious business/engineering school (or equivalent).
- Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and explain analyses.
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly Zoho Suite.
- Programming skills: experience with Excel and SQL on large datasets is a plus.
- Experience in the e-commerce sector is a plus.
