Sales Operations Manager (CDI - permanent)
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support our sales team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities, coordinating with other departments, and helping drive the success of our sales initiatives. You will play a key role in providing the tools, information, and operational excellence our sales team needs to excel. This is a fixed term position for 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement:
- Prepare and distribute sales materials such as brochures, pricing lists, and product/service information.
- Ensure the sales team has up-to-date resources aligned with our offerings and the latest industry trends.
Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on individual sales schedules, targets, and progress.
- Develop dashboards and analytics to provide insights into team performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Departmental Liaison:
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, product, and operations teams to ensure sales offerings align with company objectives and delivery feasibility.
- Act as a point of contact for other departments to streamline communication and ensure consistent messaging.
Event & Travel Planning:
- Coordinate and plan sales team participation in external conferences and trade shows.
- Assist in preparation for on-site meetings and materials.
Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement best practices for sales processes and tools.
- Ensure adherence to internal protocols for pricing, contracts, and client communications.
Data Management:
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data.
- Manage client information and ensure confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and productivity tools (e.g., Monday.com, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring operational excellence.
- Knowledge of the blockchain, crypto, or tech industry is a plus.
