We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support our Blood Services Client Sales team with the analytics, tools, and insights that drive our mission forward.
In this role, you’ll oversee sales analytics, CRM systems, staff training, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT. Your work will include analyzing data, generating performance metrics, forecasting, and providing market insights to inform financial planning and sales strategies. As an individual contributor, you’ll play a key role in equipping our teams with the resources they need to meet and exceed sales goals, directly supporting Vitalant’s life-saving mission.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you'll get to:
- Develop annual operating plans and support business budgeting aligned with strategic goals.

Prepare financial assessments, including ROI and profitability analyses, to guide leadership decisions.

Train and support sales teams in systems like Power BI, CRM, and contract management tools.

Provide actionable sales analytics, reports, and ad hoc insights for leadership teams.

Collaborate with sales and finance to create accurate forecasts and analyze sales pipelines.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to enhance strategies and service quality.

Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and user adoption.

Foster cross-department collaboration to streamline communication and drive alignment.
Knowledge/ Education
- Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience in related field required.

Knowledge of financial systems (Oracle/Workday) and Contract Management System (Evistort) is preferred.

Working experience and knowledge of the following tools required:
- Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience
Five years of sales operations, financial-related or strategic marketing experience is required.
Skills/ Abilities
Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Strong analytical skills required.
Data literacy required. 5. Advanced Excel skills required.
