We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team who is eager to learn and contribute to strategic HR functions in a growing organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Master MS Excel to create and manage complex reports and analytics dashboards.
Work with business and sales teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of both operational and sales data.
Support the sales team by analyzing sales data to provide insights into sales performance and
support the team in implementing corrective actions when sales fall short of expectations.
Track sales performance and assist in setting sales targets based on historical data and market trends.
Identify sales opportunities, trends, and gaps to help optimize sales strategies.
Manage and streamline BA operations to ensure smooth business processes.
Set up and monitor target analysis, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business operations with company goals.
Ensure the operational efficiency of ongoing projects and initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required:
Mastery of MS Excel (advanced skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Experience in business analysis and/or sales analysis.
Prior experience working with sales teams is an added advantage.
Proficient in setting and analyzing sales targets and operational trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a Sales Analyst role.
Familiarity with sales forecasting and performance metrics.
Strong communication skills to report insights effectively.
