The Opportunity
A fast-growing, Services-Based group in France, backed by a private equity investor, is seeking an entrepreneurial and hands-on CFO to build the finance function and support an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. This is a key leadership role in a profitable platform with strong growth and acquisition ambitions.
The Role
You will set up the finance function to institutional / PE standards, lead financial operations across the group, and drive post-merger integration of acquired businesses. Acting as a close partner to the CEO and Board, you will support acquisitions, scale financial reporting, and help prepare the company for its next phase of growth and eventual exit. With a plan to grow the company to €100m+ in revenue.
Required Experience
- Private Equity–backed company experience/LBO Exposure
- Hands-on CFO / Head of Finance
- Experience building a finance function and reporting from scratch
- Exposure to M&A and post-merger integration
- Accounting experience
- Strong accounting and financial operations foundation
- Experience in scale-ups
- Entrepreneurial, execution-focused mindset
- Fluent in French and English
- Based in Paris
